I arrived at James Ceranti Nissan to get daughter's car put on the machine for diagnostic test. They were busy. But Cedric and Latasha who is running service was able to squeeze us in for service. They explained it was going to be a wait. I was fine with that because I was off work. They were busy but they work diligently to get the car service done with many other customers that were waiting also. They found the problem and fixed. Thanks again for your service.
