The Nissan TITAN is available in five trim levels: S, SV, SL, Pro-4X, or Platinum Reserve. All models except the Pro-4X are available with either two- or four-wheel drive, but the off-road Pro-4X comes standard with four-wheel drive.
PowertrainAll TITAN models are powered by an impressive 5.6-liter V8 engine. It is more powerful this year and has a maximum output of 400 horsepower and 413 lb-ft of torque with premium 91 octane fuel. With 87 octane, output drops to last year’s numbers at 390 horsepower and 394 lb-ft of torque. The TITAN also got a new nine-speed transmission in place of the old seven-speed.
When properly equipped, the TITAN can tow up to 9,250 pounds.
Interior FeaturesInside, the TITAN now comes standard with an 8-inch touchscreen, which is the largest standard screen in this class. A larger, 9-inch screen comes standard on the SL, Pro-4X, and Platinum Reserve models. The center stack also has a cleaner look with streamlined controls. You can add an open-air feel to your truck with the available Dual Panel Panoramic Moonroof.
Like previous years, the TITAN will come standard with a variety of connectivity features including Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™, two USB ports, and NissanConnect™ with Mobile Apps.
This year, Nissan gave the TITAN a suite of standard active safety features. This includes blind-spot warning with rear cross-traffic alert, forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, rear automatic braking, and lane departure warning. In addition, adaptive cruise control and a more advanced forward collision warning system are available.
